There is an item missing from my order
If an item is missing from your delivery, this means that the item was out of stock when your order was being packed at our order processing facility. This item has been cancelled from your order and you have not been charged for it. We are unable to automatically send this item out to you if it comes back in to stock at a later date.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery within Islamabad & Rawalpindi (Free delivery is only offered for orders over Rs. 5000 - Applicable only on Imported Items).
We offer free delivery within DHA Phase-I to DHA Phase IV, Lahore (Free delivery is only offered for orders over Rs. 1,000 - Applicable only on Imported Items).
For all other cities Shipping & Handling charges will apply.
For same day delivery, charges will apply and can be confirmed by contacting us at our landline number, provided at About Us page
Perishable items will be delivered to certain areas only. Please call us to confirm if your delivery location is covered.
Can I return my purchases without my receipt?
No, without your original proof of purchase i.e. receipt, the store cannot offer any return.
